How to get free Wi-Fi on Disney cruise? ›

Once on board, open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and select "Connect to Internet," which will take you to a separate browser to view and purchase onboard internet plans. Note that there is no cost for connecting to the ship's Wi-Fi network when used only for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

I'm happy to say that, while you do have to join the ship's wifi to be able to chat with other Guests, you don't have to purchase a wifi package to do so. Texting and using the app to plan your day onboard is completely complimentary. So don't forget to download the app before you leave for your cruise!

Those staying in Royal Suites get Premium Surf internet for the entire cruise. Concierge Suites get Basic Surf for the whole cruise, too. Other Concierge-Level staterooms get one day of Basic Surf for free.
