I love their facials. I have been a few times and my skin glows after their treatment. I have very sensitive skin and Theresa knows exactly what to do. Highly recommend. Clean and beautiful environment.

It is simply laughable about how bad they messed up my hair. They gave me a completely different haircut then I had asked for. I asked for a messy in front, I had the right length and just asked for my sides to be cut. They proceed to cut my sides down to near nothing and for the top the continue to cut it shorter, once I noticed that they had already started to cut there was no going back. I ended up with a side part that was spiked up. I am so frustrated on how different this was to what I had asked for. I would expect this out of Great Clips not a decent salon.

Terrible pedicure and ridiculously expensive. Charged an extra $10 to remove 4 toes of polish I hadn't picked off and didnt tell me until zi checked out. Cuticles not cut back. Would not recommend. Total pedicure $70.00 . Never paid that much..certainly wont again.

The hair dresser who did my hair was very nice and lovely to talk to. However, being nice isn't always enough when it comes down to it. We had a plan to have my hair lighter that what it was originally, not platinum, never have I wanted or asked for platinum hair. I am a licensed hair dresser and would never ask for that with the condition of my hair. Well my second appointment I went in for the blonde to be brought up higher than it was to remove the dark on my roots. That was always the plan, for a natural low maintenance hairstyle (I have twins at home) Well when all was said in done I ended up being a very vibrant blonde which I would've been okay with if the following didn't happen...before I left the salon one of the owners (not my hairdresser) was blow drying my hair and recommended me to sit under the dryer, which I thought was strange, she told me that my hair felt a little damaged, I asked if it was bad she reassured me it would be fine. Mind you this was the first time I ever met her or spoke to her. I trusted her. Went home. The next day I woke up with a lot of hair on my pillow. I went in the bathroom brushed through my hair with my fingers and clumps came out of my hair. It was breaking off any time I touched it. I called the hair salon in tears only to be placed on hold then told my hair dresser was busy. I asked for a return call, never got one. Then called again only to be told the same, she was busy. So in a frantic decision I went to a different salon (a family friend owned) where she had to cut my hair a lot and perform several deep conditioning treatments. When I left I noticed I had a voicemail from the salon saying to call back, it was 7:30 at this point so I felt no need to call back. I was beginning to feel very guilty towards my husband for spending upwards of $550 on my hair and having this be the result, I was sick. I called back and actually talked to the owner (the one who I only met when she was drying my hair) who said that I begged her and my hair dresser to make me platinum and showed them pictures even when they advised against it...none of this happened. I was dumbfounded at the lies they were telling. Manipulating me into thinking this was all my fault and I basically begged them against their judgement. I never even blamed my hair dresser because I realize issues with bleach happen...but obviously my hair wasn't checked on enough or something. I'm not the world most knowledgeable hair dresser but if someone said to me, I really don't think your hair would do well with bleach, I would listen. So for them to say that was so hard to hear. They seemed like wonderful people so I don't understand the lies. I just wanted some sort of compensation or help with my hair. I have short pieces all over, can't run my fingers through my hair, nor can I straighten it. I'm so sad this happened. And can't believe how the owners treated my husband and I. I would recommend going somewhere else. And asking a lot of questions when you do. Maybe taking someone with you so that they can be an accountability when someone turns the tables on you and lies to your face.
