Im visiting the area and needing a hair cut badly and came across this place. They were very nice and accommodated me quickly. I really had a very nice haircut. I would highly recommend this business.

I had high hopes for JT Hair. I read reviews and looked on their website, and everyone was raving about how awesome they were and how amazing their stylists were. That may be true for some of them, but my experience there said otherwise. I am particular about my haircut, so I took the time to see the ratings of JT Hair, reviews, and so on. I went there for the first time two days ago, and when I first walked in, I was greeted nicely by the girl behind the desk. They were very welcoming people, but my haircut was not something I was happy about. Aimee was the one who styled my hair, and to say that I was upset is an understatement. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like: a face frame, and long, soft layers. I had high hopes for this cut because she seemed like she knew what she was doing, and I didn't think the cut was particularly hard to do. The length she cut it to ended up being okay; my hair feels much healthier now, but the layers!! Oh my goodness, I almost cried. Actually, when I got home..I did. The layers are all botched up, and looks like a 5 year old took scissors to my head. There is a big chunk of shorter hair on the right side, which is extremely visible to see if I keep my hair down. My face frame looks like it got cut straight across. The layers look like I got gum stuck in my hair and I had to cut chunks from my head to get it out. She liked to talk about how she likes the cut to be more blended than straight across, which I totally agree with her on that! Except, there was no blending, and it was not even!! It looks like this was her first time doing layers! She also asked me if I wanted a blowout after she was done with the cut. I said yes. Minutes before she was done, she said she could not give me a blowout because "You need curlers to do that." News flash Aimee, you can also use a round brush and a blow dryer, (which you had there!!) I am extremely disappointed in how my hair turned out. This is why I always keep my boring old one inch trim and a small fix on my face frame. I will not be going here again.

Hands down the best priced and best services all around .. Stephanie is AMAZING... I love her so much she has done my moms (65) my daughter (15) and my GF and of course my hair .. She is nothing but top notch professional and is amazing at what she does .. Love all the lady's here .. Fabulous salon in Brighton ... Blonds call Stephanie she can pull the best color

Won't be going back! Price should have been discussed prior to services. Over charged based on website prices and my referral that has longer and more hair than I do!
